Clients Services:

We operate a full-time recruitment counseling Service through our office in Kathmandu & Chitwan in order to help clients choose and plan their job placement and career needs wisely and implement decisions about their future in a well-planned manner.We provide facilities for clients to consult current prospectus and up-to-date resource material of Portfolio agencies and viewing video films within our in-house facilities. We provide current and updated checklists on the various procedures necessary for planning to abroad job & study placement. We provide facilities for clients to submit their applications for interview at all levels of work experience to approve foreign agencies within our products portfolio. We provide individual counseling sessions to enable clients to plan and implement their experience and career goals. We provide extensive interaction of ideas and opportunities in planning their future through specialists and recognized resource centers.

 

Consult Services (Abroad Job Placement):          Organize, support and co-ordinate promotional seminars, marketing and recruitment           activities, framing events in a way which attract the best response. Arrange advertising,         interviewing, selection, briefing and travel arrangements.

• Following up application processing, short listing and referral procedures, verification of documents.
• Developing inter-personal links and coordinating offshore partner agencies, conducting market surveys and reports, analyses and recommendations.
• Advising international business offices on advertising of demand about accommodation,     transport and travel budgets, Airport pick-up, Ticketing etc.
• Provide a comprehensive training, practice, to develop personal skill, motivation, field visit, tours, and intensive training mission tours, language classes and professional training program  within   their specialized field.
• OUR DESTINY has an extensive range of specialist advisers’ and contacts in Nepal and will plan and arrange a program of professional visits to meet the objectives of the individual client.
• Distributing resource and promotional material and printing material locally to know details regarding proposed offer enhance to fulfill an objectives.
• Providing assistance for participation in exhibitions, seminars, workshop, training, booking stalls and staff support. Provision of a full-time Business Center facility fully equipped to cope with all aspect of business operations, transactions, featuring an up-to-date range of telecommunications, information, computers and related audio-visual and training equipment with trained staff to provide an efficient support services.

         Marketing      

Marketing recruitment services in Nepal is pretty new, but we have been very successful in marketing the services for numerous agencies in Nepal and abroad. We normally recruit clients on behalf of abroad institutions and agencies with the following strategies: - Advertisements in Newspapers, Magazines, and other print media. - Seminars, Symposium and Presentation. - Electronic Media in Televisions, Radio Stations, FM. - Hoarding Boards in commercial centers and traffic junctions. - Direct Marketing through flayers. - Personal Contact and agent networking.

 Since its inception as an independent COMPANY OUR DESTINY has provided formal and authorized services promoting human recruitment and training. OUR DESTINY has come across way expanding its services to meet the demands of its clients.

Following its mission statements and objectives, OUR DESTINY has established a leading position in the intensively competitive market of recruitment business, and now with a new and experienced management team at the helm we have the best of reasons to be confident in our future growth. 

OUR DESTINY also maintains a close working relationship with national agencies and has been instrumental in drawing up MOU's between national and international job providers.

OUR DESTINY represents a number of abroad agencies, as authorized representative for its operations in Nepal and South East Asia. 

The OUR DESTINY team works to high external and internal standards, in tune with the company's objectives we employ systematic screening and assessment methods to determine potential quality employers through the various stages of our operations.

We operate a Counseling & Placement service and conduct all follow-up activities within well defined practices. All our operations are based on Standard Operating Procedure, which are computerized and accessible to staff in our areas of operations.
